New Debian packages repository

The Tol-Project Debian Packages Repository is already available. Now installing Tol and Tolbase is only one command far away. If you are one of those lucky users of a Debian based Linux, you could go to tune up your system. It's a straightforward step by step process explained in Setting up the Tol Debian repository (see 'downloads' block). Also checking the new 'Binary packages for Linux' paragraph, added to the 'downloads' web page, could be helpful.

It's a good news since the only way of having Tol running under Linux was to deal with a long source compilation process that, should be said, now it's better documented (see under 'downloads' section, block 'install from sources under linux').

The packages repository cut down the time to install Tol and Tolbase and it's the fastest and more automatic way of having them up to date.
